At Armour Sermon, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we've made our returns and refunds process as simple as possible.
Received something that's faulty, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered? Let us know within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@armoursermon.com. Please provide your order number along with clear photos showing the problem.
For items that were damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion. We do not charge restocking fees on any returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return label.
Want a different size, colour, or product? We're happy to arrange an exchange. Simply reach out to our customer service team and we'll guide you through the process.
Changed your mind? You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the return package. Return postage is at your expense, and original delivery fees are non-refundable for standard returns. Once we receive your item, refunds are typically processed within 7 days—though your bank or card provider may require additional time to credit your account.
We are unable to process returns for:
Items sent back without a valid order reference number
To begin a return, please email us at support@armoursermon.com before sending anything back. This allows us to set up return authorisation, send you the return address, track your package, and speed up your refund.
After your return arrives, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, we will credit the original payment method within 7 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.
